What happens if I pause my subscription?

The remaining days stay remaining — pausing doesn't extend your end date or refund the paused period. Refunds are handled by admin directly, per the platform's refund policy.

Can I talk to a nutritionist without booking an appointment?

No. Chat and video open only for a confirmed appointment's scheduled time and close when the session ends — there's no open-ended messaging with a nutritionist.

Does the menu change by country?

Yes. Menus are tied to the country selected at registration, so what you see is specific to where you're ordering from.
