What's the difference between a regular booking and a VIP request?

A regular booking is picking and paying for an existing package. A VIP request is building a custom itinerary from scratch and having matching agencies send in competing quotes.

Can I have more than one custom trip request open at once?

No — only one personalized request can be active at a time. You'd need to pause the current one to start a new one.

What happens once I accept a quote?

The request for quotation closes permanently and no further quotes are accepted. From there you move to payment, and possibly document upload if the agency requires it.

Who can become a designer on the platform?

Any customer with relevant skills can apply. After admin approval, their profile becomes visible to agencies who can contact them for work outside the platform.
